 “In the past, I have purchased four Hyundai vehicles (Sonata, XG300, XG350 & Azera Limited) from other Hyundai Dealerships. I can honestly report that in all of those past purchases, i have not received the amount of respect and consideration that I received from Murray Hyundai on Oct 17, 2011.Upon my arrival at the White Rock dealership, I was greeted at the door and offered a refreshment which immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. That day, I purchased a 2012 Veloster from Muhammad Durrani. Throughout the purchase he was courteous, conscientious and very helpful in spite of the bizarre behavior currently being exhibited by a salesperson from the other Hyundai Dealerships regarding the sale of the Veloster. Muhammad handled the situation in a professional manner. He was also very informative and provided me with a great deal of instruction and knowledge relating to the purchase of my new car.I would not hesitate to refer him to other potential car buyers.I must also add that on Nov 3, I had the misfortune of being involved in a 3 car accident. As I was traveling to work on the freeway, I was rear ended which caused my car to also collide with the vehicle in front.  “I am a little embarrassed that it has taken me awhile to complete this survey because that is the opposite of how my dealership dealt with me. This dealership deserves the ongoing recognition for their outstanding salesmanship, customer service, friendliness, knowledge and understanding of what their customers need/want and, in my case, without going over financial boundaries. Everything from ordering the vehicle, to shipping, to delivery, to purchasing and finally driving home, was done in a smooth transaction thanks to this dealership. Although certain things were out of their control (like shipping & delivery time) they still kept in touch with me and gave me status updates without me following up.
